100KHz 60W High Frequency Ultrasonic Transducer For Mini Parts Cleaning
The product of this specification is called "high frequency ultrasonic transducer", commonly known as "ultrasonic vibrator" or "ultrasonic vibrator". For ultrasonic cleaning applications, it is called "ultrasonic cleaning transducer".
Ultrasonic cleaning transducer generally adopts horn type composite array structure (belonging to Langevin vibrator structure), which is composed of front and rear metal cover plates, piezoelectric ceramic chips, prestressed screws, electrode sheets and insulating sleeves. With proper prestress, the transducer has good electromechanical conversion efficiency under the condition of high power and high amplitude.
Ultrasonic cleaning transducer is a continuous working medium power transducer. Generally, its power is calculated and constant according to the average value of continuous working.
Ultrasonic cleaning is the instantaneous high-pressure cavitation generated by the ultrasonic vibration generated by the transducer and the cavitation effect in the water, which impacts the cleaned object to achieve a good cleaning effect.
