Powder grading screen is a commonly used equipment in modern industrial production, mainly used for grading powder. However, traditional powder classification screens have some problems during operation, such as low screening efficiency and uneven screening. To address these issues, we have introduced an ultrasonic vibration generator for powder grading screens.
The ultrasonic vibration generator of powder grading screen utilizes the vibration effect of ultrasonic waves to screen the powder. When ultrasonic waves pass through powder, high-frequency vibrations are generated, causing friction and collision between powder particles, thereby achieving powder screening. Meanwhile, the ultrasonic vibration generator can also adjust the vibration frequency and amplitude as needed to achieve better screening results.
