In order to verify the feasibility and superiority of the scheme, we made a prototype for experimentation and testing. The experimental results show that the power supply has advantages such as continuously adjustable output power and current, wide adjustment range, high control accuracy, and good stability. Compared with traditional ultrasonic cleaning power supplies with fixed power and current, this power supply is more flexible and efficient, and can meet the power and current requirements under different cleaning needs.

An implementation scheme for an ultrasonic cleaning power supply with adjustable power and current. This scheme uses a digital signal processor as the main controller to control the on/off of high-power MOSFETs by adjusting the duty cycle of the PWM signal, thereby achieving the adjustment of output power and current.
