In the process of Ultrasonic welding, the power supply generator of Ultrasonic welding machine, due to the changes of welding load and vibration system temperature, makes the natural frequency of the system drift and the amplitude out of resonance. To solve this problem, a compound tracking control strategy for the frequency of ultrasonic Welding power supply based on the combination of variable parameter PI and full digital phase-locked loop ADPLL is studied by using digital signal processing DSP technology.
