The input signal end is composed of two pairs of transistors to form a bridge type drive circuit. One node is connected to one end of the driving transformer primary, and the other node is connected to the other end of the transformer primary by connecting a DC isolation capacitor in series. The output terminals of the transformer are divided into two groups, with completely opposite phases, and each is connected in series to the 1 and 3 pins of the IGBT through a resistor and a diode. When a certain bridge of the primary signal is high, the transformer couples the high-level signal to the secondary, and a set of signals with the same phase changes from low to high, while a set of signals with the opposite phase changes from high to low to drive the IGBT switch.
