    According to the research report, there are 12 kinds of homomorphic polycrystalline variants in Al203, but there are mainly three kinds of alumina ceramics which are widely used, so their properties are quite different.

    In the preparation of Al203 raw materials, if the purity of Al203 is not high, it is usually prepared by chemical method. Taking bauxite as raw material, through sintering, dissolution, desilication, decomposition, calcination and other steps, the Al203 component in bauxite is dissolved in sodium hydroxide (NaOH) solution, the obtained sodium metaaluminate (naal002) solution is cooled to supersaturated state, and the precipitation of aluminum hydroxide (aloh) 3 will be precipitated after decomposition with water, and then the Al203 can be obtained by calcination. However, in the preparation of high-purity Al203 raw materials, organic aluminum salt is usually decomposed by water, aluminum is oxidized by discharge in water, aluminum sulfate and ammonia carbonate are decomposed by heat, and ammonium alum is decomposed by heat [3]. At present, most scholars at home and abroad use the thermal decomposition method of ammonium alum, because the A1A prepared by this method has high purity, small fineness (less than 1pm), narrow particle distribution range and light agglomeration degree.
    Alumina ceramics have many properties, such as high mechanical strength, high resistivity, good electrical insulation, high hardness and melting point, good corrosion resistance, excellent chemical stability, etc. Moreover, they have good optical and ionic conductivity under certain conditions.
